Imago conceptualized and organized the BPL 2015 Players Draft Event. The event was live broadcasted and had huge viewership. More than 200 local and overseas players registered for the draft and thirty players were drafted by six franchises. This was the first ever players draft event of such magnitude in Bangladesh.
In association with Bangladesh Football Federation (BFF), Imago launched the #riseoffootball campaign to promote the ailing football in Bangladesh. The captain of Bangladesh Football Team, Mamunul Islam visited educational institutions urged the fans to stay with the football team. The event was widely covered by major TV and Newspapers.
Comilla Victorians clinched the BPL title in their very first outing. Comilla Victorians celebrated their championship in style with the players, partners, and all stakeholders. Imago partnered with Comilla Victorians to make the event a huge success. As the strategic partner of the celebration, we designed the event, formulated media and PR strategy and produced audio and visual content.
Imago Sports Management organized the first ever franchise based Master Cricket Tournament in Bangladesh. As the sole right holders of the tournament Imago Sports managed sponsorship acquisition, procurement and execution. The tournament featured more than 100 former cricketers that included 10 former captains.
